Simply work-out your abdominal muscles just two to three times each week. Lots of men and women make the mistake of doing abdominal exercises each day. This can not give the muscles the time to recover and certainly will fundamentally limit their growth and may cause the human system to become injured. Working out two to three times each week is enough to obtain lean abs.
